Objekte, Schriftzeichen, Karten und Zahlen sind Ausgangs- punkt für Cristinas künstlerische Reisen durch Zeiten und Räume, durch eingefangene Ewigkeiten voller kosmischem Fernweh, durch verinnerlichte Gefühlsräume voller Lust auf die äußere Welt.
Cristina Barroso ist eine visuelle Poetin, die in ihren Arbeiten verdichtet und entzerrt und ständig unterwegs ist in dieser unserer Welt.
