The Staatsgalerie Stuttgart has acquired the large-scale installation Calendrier by the Stuttgart-based Brazilian artist Cristina Barroso (1958, São Paulo). The acquisition marks an important recognition of Barroso’s long-term, conceptually driven practice, which explores the intersections of time, memory, identity, and cultural dialogue. This installation is part of the exhibition “This Is Tomorrow” on view until mid October 2026
